unmutable exists so that no one can silence lawful speech. Our policy fits on one page because the rule is simple: if it's legal, it stays up. If it's illegal, it comes down.

What we will never remove

Opinions, criticism, satire, political and religious speech, controversial or unpopular viewpoints, and any other lawful expression — regardless of pressure from advertisers, institutions, or mobs. We do not shadow-ban, demonetize, or quietly down-rank creators.

What we remove, always

• Child sexual abuse material — removed immediately and reported to authorities.
• Direct incitement to violence and terrorism content as defined by law.
• Content that is otherwise illegal in the jurisdictions we operate from.
• Attacks against the platform itself (fraud, exploits, spam at scale, impersonation of unmutable).

We respond to valid takedown notices. Send notices identifying the content URL, the copyrighted work, and your contact details to dmca@unmutable.app. Counter-notices are accepted at the same address. Repeat infringers may lose streaming privileges.

Your chat, your rules

Each creator moderates their own chat with the tools we provide (bans, timeouts, word filters, followers-only, slow mode). What a creator allows in their chat is their call — within the bounds above.
